Linda Ventura, the disabled daughter of actor Lino Ventura, who founded the Perce-Neige Foundation to help people with disabilities, died Tuesday, 28 January 2025, at the age of 66. This was announced on Thursday, 30 January by Christophe Lasserre-Ventura, grandson of the actor who died in 1987.

Starting 15 November 2024, Cinema Mac Mahon in Paris will be showing a Lino Ventura retrospective with 40(!) Lino films, including Espion leve-toi!
Japanese Blu-ray release
On 30 August 2024, Espion leve-toi (遅れてきた死神) will be released in Japan for the first time on Blu-ray and DVD. Presumably the same HD transfer as the two previous Blu-ray releases (Pidax, Germany 2019 / StudioCanal, France 2023) was used – to be confirmed.
